I wanted to initially give people a Dvd of our favorite movie as a wedding favor. BUT then everyone doesn’t have the same taste as us ? SO yesterday morning I get this email from a place Branded Water. www.brandedwater.co.za AND I took a look at the website, and it hit me!

Awesome Wedding favors!
So chic ! So Fab !
Hello again Bloggers. My apologies for being so out of touch. We at Starlicious Lifestyle Events have been moving studio to Kensington ,Johannesburg closer to our Salon - Colours Hair Grafix. We are in the process of renovations to create a small and intimate studio from which to work where we can serve you a glorious glass of champagne or tea, aherrm, whilst we sit back and talk about every little detail pertaining to your wedding.

One particular detail we wish to emphasise is the decor. This studio will offer all our brides to be a full resource of goodies and ideas for a wedding and or a special event party. From your invitations to the details of your flowers, tablesettings and more. This brings me to a discussion I had recently with a bride about the stresses of creating a table setting that works.
Flowers and their meaning
The flowers at your wedding are one of the most important decor decisions you will make, so I thought it fitting to scourge the internet and find a the meanings of certain flowers, and this is what I came up with:

Do yourself a “favour”
Like I mentioned on this blog before, I had made beautiful beaded bookmark favours for the gals at our wedding and they doubled serviette rings. When my mom arrived from Greece, she said that with it being a Greek weeding, I needed a real “Bomboniere” (see the official meaning at the end of this post).
So, we hunted the malls and eventually, after many arguments, we found these gorgeous busts that we both loved. They looked just like miniature brides, and very much the style of my wedding dress. So, we put a tulle doily with silver hearts (matched the silver theme) inside and filled it with Pink and White sugared almonds. After all, what’s a Greek wedding without the almonds?
Wedding Bells
I read in a Brit bridal mag that a couple had passed around little minature bells ater their ceremony instead of confetti and had their guest `ring in` their new life together as they passed them exiting the chapel.
