So recently I have made this fan programme for a wedding that is going to be on Top Billing sometime soon:) How divine!!! Usualy it is an invitation but this one is actually for the programme of the wedding - I hope its a hot day :). Each lady will get one and its a garden themed wedding. Whats nice about the fan invitation is that it doesnt have to have the Chinese theme it can be made into quite an elegant theme with the right colours :) Lets hope it catches the eye of the presenter :)

Aghh - where to start…… Ive been wanting to post this for absolute ages now and just couldnt as I was scared my bride to Be Kim D would see the theme before the batchelorette Party. So the 3 bridesmaids got together (me being one of them) and decided we were going to have a Mad Hatters Tea Party for the “Hens Night”. What a blast this was and such an awesome theme.
So we started off with a cupcake save the date Magnet with a mad hatters hat on the side.
and followed by Top hat and Tea pot shaped invitations which read:
Don’t be late and save the day,
Remember, all ways are the Queens way.So give us a call, don’t make her mad,
Let us know if you can make it to Wonderland! Now turn this card over and make it prettyIt Maybe a picture or poem or something WittyDecorate with paper, glitter, pictures & glueSomething that will remind Kim of you So make it special anything you dreamGifts are of a bedroom theme! And don’t forget your MAD HATTERS HAT!See you there and that’s that! Down the rabbit hole with Alice you’ll RunAs this Mad Hatters Bridal Shower starts at one So everyone decorated their hat and brought it along with their Prezzie. So the Bridesmaids decide we would be the Queens of Tarts and had nice little shirts printed and we dressed Kim as The Queen from Alice in Wonderland. Dont you just love the outfit we got her - she looks so cute:)So next step was planning all the decor and food - easy peasy - Kiddies food and Playing cards theme. Have a look at the photies for some ideas. We also played Bridal Bingo - which I personalised to match how they got engaged- where the Honeymoon was, and make it a little mad/alice themed Bingo. What Fun!Anyone need any more Ideas I got pages and pages of them for this awesome theme:) What an array of beautiful, rude, funky and unusual hats - some people dressed up as Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee, Alice & White Rabbit . Wedding is this weekend - Cant wait!p.s. wont post the pictures from later that evening as it got outta controll :)XXX MRZ VV XXX Â

So chic ! So Fab !
Hello again Bloggers. My apologies for being so out of touch. We at Starlicious Lifestyle Events have been moving studio to Kensington ,Johannesburg closer to our Salon - Colours Hair Grafix. We are in the process of renovations to create a small and intimate studio from which to work where we can serve you a glorious glass of champagne or tea, aherrm, whilst we sit back and talk about every little detail pertaining to your wedding.

One particular detail we wish to emphasise is the decor. This studio will offer all our brides to be a full resource of goodies and ideas for a wedding and or a special event party. From your invitations to the details of your flowers, tablesettings and more. This brings me to a discussion I had recently with a bride about the stresses of creating a table setting that works.
