So recently I have made this fan programme for a wedding that is going to be on Top Billing sometime soon:) How divine!!! Usualy it is an invitation but this one is actually for the programme of the wedding - I hope its a hot day :). Each lady will get one and its a garden themed wedding. Whats nice about the fan invitation is that it doesnt have to have the Chinese theme it can be made into quite an elegant theme with the right colours :) Lets hope it catches the eye of the presenter :)

Hey DIY brides, So many brides I come across would love to make their own invitations to make it just that much more special, This small, compact piece of equipment is awesome for making and scoring your own invitation templates and favour. Boxes An essential piece of equipment for all card makers.

The Top Score Multiboard enables you to accurately score and fold your own cards and boxes such as the ones shown here in the picture. The Top Score Multiboard comes with its own double ended scoring and enbossing tool and an 8 page full colour instruction booklet covering all of the cards and boxes shown in the picture and more, so you will never be short of ideas. The tool also incorporates 2 different embossing lines - a swirl and a deckle edge for adding those finishing touches to your card creations.

DIY Bon-bon hearts
I found this really fabulous DIY project on the marthastewart.com (where else?) She has the most amazing projects! This one is really great if your guests will be waiting in the garden while you have your photos taken. You can hang these gorgeous bon-bon hears on trees all over the place and fill them with snacky things. These ones have been filled with coated candy, but chips and nuts will also make great fillers.

Here is the full DIY project and everything you need to make these cute little bon-bons. If you do manage to get it right, please post your pics or email them to us, as we’d love to see your project “in living colour”
Something for the guys!
Here’s something I got for all the guys in the bridal party and they were so well received!
They come in….
Groom- Groomsman - Best man - Father of the bride - Father of the groom and they are presented in a beautiful stylish mini top hat. I thought this was a fabulous idea for presents as it was something used on the day instead of being put away in the cupboard.
We’ve Tied the knot

A flexible pencil that ties in a knot used as a favour for guests with a tag that says eg: Tammy & Dave have tied the knot! Excellent reusable gift!
Totally cute wedding favours
Have a little fun at your wedding with a great selection of cute wedding favour ideas

Your wedding is all about you, so why not personalise it with unique, close to your heart favours? Get inspired by these totally cute wedding favours…
Wedding favours
I like the idea of using a CD with all the songs played at the wedding as a wedding favour.
What I want to know is do they use a professional DJ to do it or can you do it yourself?
It is quite a  nice thing to give out to your guests and they will never forget your wedding, as long as you play nice music.
DIY beaded bookmark favours
When I was doing my wedding favours, I wanted bookmarks, and came across this really beautiful bookmark project which you can make yourself and personalise for your wedding favours.Â

These are really beautiful gifts and make for what I like to call functional-favours, something that your guests can actually use. The nice thing about these is that you can personalise them to match your theme, by adding charms that fit in with your theme to the bookmark.
Here are the how-to, step by step images…
Candy Table
Im doubling my Liquorice Ice theme decor with the wedding favours, which Im making myself with my two best friends and bridesmaids. I want a candy bar for my wedding and was thinking of having different coloured liquorice in various sized jars.

I have never been to a wedding with a candy table or candy buffet, but I’ve read about during on of my many all-day sessions behind my mac. Instead of favours, you give the guests little bags so that they can fill them with what ever sweeties they want. I think this is a great idea, and the candy buffet looks so good, as part of the decor.
