The engagement
Simple but sweet Dayle proposed to me on my birthday on one knee in his tux.

The wedding
We were married on the 16 September 2006- the ceremony took place at the Ushaka Marine World in the Aquarium (first Ceremony Performed there). And the Reception at the Royal Grill Room.

The Theme was very important as all my life I have thrown parties with themes. The theme for my wedding was 1920’s- 1930’s Swing Era.

My bridesmaids (6) wore crushed dusty pink charleston like dresses and pearls and male bridal party White Tie.

The theme of Feathers, Pearls and anything Jazzy was encorporated throughout the wedding day including the Jazz Band and later on a Professional “Frank Sinatra” Singer.
