These are great but only if done by a professional. In my profession I see alot of too-orange-almost-scary looking clients and then I have the not-so-easy job of applying makeup on top of that! My advice would be to go to a reputable salon, possibly one recommended by someone who has been there before. You cannot have your body sprayed and not your face, especially if you want to avoid the “white face dark body” look on your wedding pics! Discuss this with your makeup artist before hand. Go for your makeup trial AFTER the tan. At the trial your makeup artist finds your perfect matching foundation which will be useless if you going to be a different colour on the wedding day! A skilled makeup artist can also give you a glowing bronzed look just by using powders and lotions!

I did a few sunbed sessions about two weeks before the wedding and that was it. I did’nt want to look too brown. I also watched a thing on style network where some brides looked hideously orange and that put me off the selftan - also didnt want any marks on my beautiful dress :)
Besides, brides look good when they look natural
I’m naturally pale and I think I’m going to stay that way - it’s what I look like and I’m happy with it! I’ve never been tanned in my life - I freckle, not tan, usually!
