The engagement
We went to Dinner, during which I put my hand on his pocket and felt a box, so without thinking I asked, “Whats in your pocket?” and he replied saying, “Nothing its just a box!” We then saw some friends so he dashed into Sweets from Heaven trying to find a box that represented the same one in his pocket.
We went to this beautiful lookout point overlooking the Bay of Durban. And in the car he asked me to marry him. I thought it not right that you wait for this one moment and there was no getting on the knee, so he got out the car and proposed again. Was perfect, and fun….it was “US”!
The Wedding
We got married at Bella Vista in Bothas Hill, overlooking the valley of 1000 hills. Everything was perfect. It was a VERY emotional wedding where everyone cried. We had people come pray and prophesy over us. Everything was perfect.
The Honeymoon
We spent 3 nights at Champagne Castle in the berg, then flew to the Eastern Cape and spent a week in St Francis.

Stunning MEL!
did you do your name place cards with a rubber stamp or was it printed?
All printed! Stamp would have been alot easier though….if i had to do it again ill remember that :)
Mel, dont plan on doing it again doll :)
LOL, no definately not. I love my man!
Beautiful.Where did you hire your candle stands
Hey Chantel
you can get them from Classy Candle Hire (http://www.classycandles.co.za) - not sure where these ones are from though. R u in durbs?
Het there,
These were from Highway function Hire if i remember correctly, and they were like half the price of other places and their service was really good too, they allowed us to take a few variations home and decide which ones we wanted. But as i say, they were really reasonable, then we hired the candles from some place in Queensburgh and those were roughly R8 per candle which is REALLY cheap too. :)
The most beautiful pictures i have ever seen!!!
Surly not the most beautiful pics you have EVER seen?!?!?! But thanks for the compliment anyway, appreciate it!
